Zuma brings its globally celebrated izakaya cuisine to the Indian Ocean in its first overwater restaurant, presenting elegant Japanese fare with a unique character.

Inspired by the izakaya spirit of gathering, Zuma creates a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere designed for sharing. Signature dishes include sea bass carpaccio with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe; grilled lobster with shiso yuzu butter; and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, chili and sweet soy.
