Dinner changes theme throughout the week: East Meets West on Monday, Seafood Extravaganza on Tuesday, Asia & Street Food on Wednesday, Chef’s Special Market on Thursday, Maldivian Night on Friday, Mediterranean on Saturday and Famous Classics Around the World on Sunday.
A live lobster tank and more than 80 premium wines add further choice. Lobster dining carries a supplementary charge and requires a reservation.
