Guests using Kandooma Spa services and facilities must be aged 16 or older, unless accompanied by an adult.

Guests with a spa treatment booking may use the changing room, jacuzzi, and steam room free of charge on the day of treatment; use without a treatment appointment on that day is chargeable.

For treatment requests for guests under 16, please contact the Kandooma Spa reception team for details and reservations.

Reservations can be made at Kandooma Spa reception or by dialling extension 7166 from the in-room telephone; advance booking is recommended to secure preferred times.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to relax and enjoy the facilities; first-time guests will be asked to complete a brief confidential client form.
